My mom used to think radio announcer is not a real job. And that I should be working in a bank like every kids in our neighbourhood. LOL! Little did she know, 23 years as a radio announcer has shaped me into who I am today. Coaching women to thrive with the power of their voice!

Hi I’m Adelia Loekman, BNSP Certified Public Speaker, voice-over talent, and digital entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in communication. I'm also a mother of two, a wife, and a remote worker who has walked the same path as many women I now coach.
For years, I’ve carried the role of breadwinner for my family, while still honoring my husband’s place at home and nurturing our children. It hasn’t been easy, but it has been empowering, because I learned that the voice of a woman can change everything. I began my career in radio, working with major stations such as SKY FM, 95.6FM B Radio under Ardan Group, and Trijaya FM Bandung under the MNC Radio Network.
Since then, I have established myself as a trusted Master of Ceremony and voice-over artist, serving brands, communities, and professionals across Indonesia. In the digital space, I am the Founder of ALVA and Co-Founder of PULSE Digital Elite, where I have worked with more than 20 international clients from Indonesia, Singapore, the US, UK, Canada, Spain, and Germany.
My expertise ranges from event hosting and content creation to marketing and client communications, giving my unique insights into how professionals can stand out through their voice.
Today, my mission is simple: to help women speak with confidence, balance softness and strength, and use public speaking as a tool to win clients, grow careers, and nurture harmony at home.
