Hello everyone! :) My name is Windira and I hope you can sense my warm greeting through my bio. I am a professional banker by profession who has a genuine interest in people. People often recognized me as a people person all my life. My genuine concern to people has brought me to meet a lot of difference people and it brought me to the next level which is to help them to grow and have a fulfilling life.

I have been working in the banking industry for about 20 years, both local and overseas. During my career, people often came to me and talk about their stories. There are so many people who are actually still clueless about what they really wants. They just do every day routine just like a habit and somehow many of the people loss the meaning of what they are doing. Some other people, they are confuse about how to chooses between two choices. Should they continue working or be a full time mom? Or should they continue their master degree study or keep working to maintain their career? Which one is better? This or that?

People are overwhelmed because of they are overthink. And I realize, sometime talk to someone professional can help you to re-arrange your thinking, to help you do the mind mapping, to help you to clear your mind.

Those things are actually became my main reason to obtain my Professional Coach Certification in 2024. And the more I learn about coaching, the more people I met, the more I feel alive. Become a Coach is not only a title on a certificate paper, it is actually a calling.
